Register for Statistical Days by filling out the registration form. In the registration form, you can pay the participation fee with a Debit/Credit card or using PayPal. Please note that registration is only confirmed after you have paid the participation fee! If Debit/Credit or PayPal payment is not suitable for some reason, send a message to the secretary of the Statistical Society () If you want to give a presentation at Statistical Days, send a proposal for the presentation to the secretary of the Statistical Society no later than April 30, 2024. A poster competition is organized in connection with the Statistical Days. Sign up for the poster competition upon registration. Send the information about the title of the poster and the authors by e-mail to the secretary of the Statistical Society () . The size of the poster stand is 79 cm (width) x 119 cm (height), so it can hold an A0-sized poster.
Statistical Days has a new event "Research Showcase". It consists of three presentations (20 min. + discussion 10 min.). The Statistical Society awards the presenters with an honorary certificate. Presentations must deal with high-level Finnish research recently published or accepted for publication in a way that must be understood by statisticians other than those specializing in the field. Suggestions for presentation topics and presenters can be sent to the secretary of the Statistical Society at . The title of the email should be "Research showcase proposal". The board of the Statistical Society will choose a maximum of three of the received proposals, which will have the honor of presenting in the "showcase". Proposals for other presentations can also be sent to the chairman's address. Their length is also 20+10 minutes.
